Walmart Pitch
The Idea.
Wondering what’s for dinner is always a stress. We wanted to take the extra step of thinking about what dinner is going to be by linking the Walmart Grocery experience to social media posts. The grocery app would provide a recipe and ingredients for the meal that you can add to your cart.
The Result.
An easy experience and simple design for users to quickly look at the recipe and add items to cart to create the full meal.

SOCIAL MEDIA TO APP
Through instagram posts we would drive our audience to the app. A struggle for what dinner is would be solved with just one click. The app would populate the ingredients needed to create the dish from the post making it an easy all in one shopping experience.
And while you’re there you can explore other ingredient and recipes to add to your cart.
APP DESIGN
And a good browsing experience shouldn’t be bogged down with information overload. We simplified the interface making it easier to search and shop. Simply, intuitive and delicious.
RECIPE
The app would also be your go to for the entire recipe. So no more searching for that blog or social post to see where the recipe is.
